Linnem has a responsibility to secure that the Investors needs, requirements and expectations are matched with the offered investment solutions provided by the banks. In this connection Linnem requires a statement from the Investor and his bank concerning the amount available for investment, expected timeframe for investment period, risk profile including investor’s interest in enhancing through leverage.
Provided the Investor requires additional services such as establishing special corporate structures, off-shore accounts and other legal advice these elements should be clarified through the first communication with Linnem, either in written form or through a personal meeting.
