INVESTMENT OUTLINE

Linnem Development Corporation SA offers to facilitate investment in high yield debentures with limited risk to the principal capital. The debentures are issued by high rated major banks or sound major corporations.

The actual yield is expected to be above the market average.

All transactions are executed through prime Swiss located banks all of which are subject to Swiss banking regulations.

The Investor is requested to comply with the following procedure and to submit documentation as follows.

• Documentation

• Proof of Funds issued by Investors bank
• Investor information summary
• Corporate Board Resolution (not for private Investors)
• Funds History
• Letter of Authorization to Verify Funds

• A general outline of said documents can be supplied upon request

• A Swiss located bank is nominated to handle the Investor’s investment transactions

• Investor visits the Swiss bank and the Investor’s account is established and his funds are subsequently transferred to this account

• Investor will choose directly from a variety of interest carrying debentures issued by first class major banks or similar financial institutions or major corporations

• The actual debentures offered and the issuing entities will be disclosed at the meeting in the Swiss bank. Investment decisions are at the Investors sole discretion

• Depending on amount invested a credit enhancement can be arranged. Terms and conditions will be negotiated at the Swiss bank meeting
